HorseSensing provides housing, food, clothing, tools and job training to veterans on our horse farm in Shelbyville, Kentucky. We train veterans to work professionally with horses and we place them in good jobs with housing provided. Since there are so many horse farms in Kentucky needing help of all kinds, this is a good line of work to be in and it is also therapeutic. Instead of a day of equine therapy our veterans are immersed every day working with horses.This is tremendously good for the symptoms of PTSD, just about eliminating them.
