As parents, community members, and advocates for a caring society we are heartbroken at the news of yet another mass shooting. As the nation is still reeling from the loss of ten lives in a Tops Supermarket in Buffalo, New York, another tragic event at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, has killed nineteen children and two adults, making this among the deadliest K-12 shootings in the US. And sadly, this is at least the 30th shooting in a K-12 school in the US in 2022. We have set up this fund dedicated to ending gun violence and supporting the communities affected by mass shootings.
