WE ARE ONE HEART FOUNDATION INC

We Are One Heart Foundation, Inc provides safe housing, care and assistance with daily living to seniors, veterans, and others who would otherwise be unable to attain such standards.

We are a non-profit organizaiton providing support tot he elderly community through various programs including our Compassion & Companionship Social Support Program, Windsor House Low Income Personal Care Home, Gifts for Seniors, and various other programs which allow us to be present and spread love to our elderly and disabled community.
