Its mission is to promote wellness and recovery fromdisorders relating to alcohol, substance use, trauma, and mental health. The Council provides mental health services, outpatient addiction treatment, and recovery services; prevention education; and housing services. Programs and services are offered across 20 North Texas counties to more than 30,000 adults and at-risk youth, including veterans and the chronically homeless annually.
