We are a 501c3 - we provide therapy to children and adults with disabilities using horses and dogs. We also provide therapy for Wounded Warriors and for other veterans with any type of disability. We established our Center due to our daughter's brain tumor at age 11. She loved horses and we weren't sure if her tumor would return. She began showing Quarter Horses and she loved it. When she stopped showing, we did not want to get rid of her two horses but did not want to just let them sit in a pasture. We discovered therapeutic riding and eventually established our own Center. We have two mares that were born and raised on our place and are part of our program. We have one of our clients in a wheelchair with several disabilities that has recently written a book, "Hoofprints and Tire Tracks" about her riding experiences and how horses have helped her. She also does watercolors and has drawn all of our horses for us. We feel our program is a ministry - not a business. We created our Center in 2000. Some of our clients are still with us today!
