The VCA Foundation focuses on leadership development and training as part of its mission.

The Virginia Counselor Association Foundation has been providing opportunities for Counselors in the Commonwealth of Virginia since July 31, 1991. Our Board of Directors includes hard working, energetic, and seasoned veterans who are committed to the Foundation and enhancing the counseling profession. However, the practicing professional counselor makes the difference every day to help build and support the counseling profession of the future. That is why the VCA Foundation affirms that, “Counselors are the Foundation, Every Day!”
