The Warriors Trust Fund is a 501c3 organization established in 2015 to raise awareness and provide funding for the various needs of United States Armed Forces combat veterans, including, but not limited to Veterans associated with the Oakland Combat Veterans Treatment Court (C-VTC). The C-VTC was established in 2013 to assist with the successful completion of the conditions of probation those United States Military veterans whose behavior is a direct result of the combat, conflict, or search and rescue or recovery experiences. The program intends to change the lives of our military veterans through intense supervision, mental health and substance abuse treatment, readjustment counseling, and serves as an alternative to incarceration. The Warriors Trust Fund’s purpose is to assist those who have honorably served their country.
One Hundred percent of all funds raised goes towards supporting Combat Veterans in the criminal justice system. Our revenues are supported by the generosity of the community at large, corporate gifting and grants. We continuously provide additional support, guidance and assistance in concert with the criminal justice program that they must participate as part of their rehabilitation protocol.
