Many Veterans returning from service feel a sense of loss. Many are suffering from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This provides a new mission for them that helps them adjust to civilian life, and is for some that next mission. Participating lessens feelings of depression and reduces suicidal thoughts that often plague our returning soldiers. Being a dive volunteer helps them adjust by helping others. This program is designed to fund the training they need to be part of this program and the equipment they need to participate.
