(LiLA) is a community- based 501c(3) organization that offers comprehensive rehabilitation services to men and woman veterans and returning citizens living in the state of Maryland. LiLA provides support services within a structured and supervised environment. Services include behavior and psychological health services, housing , job readiness and training , employment , peer coaching, mentoring and community leadership.

THOUSAND OF MEN AND WOMAN ARE AT A DISADVANTAGED WITH DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT ADEQUATE SUPERVISION AND DIRECTION CAUSING MANY MARYLANDERS TO BE IN JEOPARDY. CRIME RATES CONTINUE TO RISE, AND THE ECONOMY CONTINUES TO FALL.
