Donations to the Wellington Management Foundation are now administered by the Renaissance Charitable Foundation in a Donor Advised Fund. This is strictly an administrative change and will not impact your ability to donate, or our mission and grant making strategy.

About This Cause
We believe education is a critical lever in bringing about social justice and creating opportunities for economic mobility.
We support organizations that cumulatively aim to have a positive impact on the lives of tens of thousands of students through targeted programs that address school readiness, academic improvement, extended learning time, out-of-school time, enrichment, financial literacy, educational transitions, and college and career success.
We are funded by our Firm and thousands of current and former employees who give generously to support our portfolio of small to mid-size, growth-oriented community organizations. In addition, the Foundation relies on hundreds of volunteers each year to conduct due diligence on new grant applicants and build long-term relationships with the community organizations we fund.
