Greenline Housing is a nonprofit organization rooted in a vision of restoring dignity, security, and opportunity to those who have long been marginalized by cycles of incarceration, homelessness, poverty, and systemic neglect. Established in Colorado, Greenline Housing exists to provide safe, affordable, and dignified housing to vulnerable populations, while equipping them with the tools and support systems necessary for long-term independence.
At the heart of Greenline Housing’s mission is a commitment to individuals who often fall through the cracks of conventional housing systems: formerly incarcerated women, homeless mothers with children, at-risk young adults (ages 18–30), and disabled veterans. These individuals face extreme barriers to stability, including discrimination, economic hardship, mental health challenges, and a lack of access to stable employment and education. Greenline Housing recognizes that housing is not just a basic need—it is a platform for transformation.
Our approach is built on a belief that transitional and supportive housing must do more than provide a roof. It must foster healing, restore autonomy, and prepare people to rejoin society with confidence and dignity. Through intentional design, wraparound services, and community partnerships, Greenline Housing creates pathways out of crisis and toward lifelong stability.
Greenline Housing develops and rehabilitates 1–4 unit residential properties in underserved Colorado neighborhoods, converting them into transitional homes. These homes are more than shelter—they are entry points to renewed hope. Each property is outfitted and staffed to ensure safety, comfort, and connection. Our model combines affordable housing with individualized case management, job-readiness programs, life skills training, mentorship, and access to mental and physical healthcare.
We partner with churches, workforce agencies, health providers, local businesses, and volunteers to wrap each resident in a network of support. This holistic approach ensures that each person entering a Greenline home is not simply housed—but restored, empowered, and equipped.
Greenline Housing is currently scaling our operations to place dozens of women and families, help at-risk youth find job opportunities, and provided a pathway to self-sufficiency for veterans with disabilities. We are also expanding to serve more individuals across the state and build a pipeline of long-term affordable housing through both construction and rehabilitation projects.
In the coming year, Greenline Housing aims to:
Acquire and renovate 5–7 additional single-family homes for transitional use
Launch a job training and placement partnership for young adults
Develop a referral network for mental health services for formerly incarcerated women
Expand our mentorship and life coaching initiatives
Begin feasibility studies on permanent supportive housing units
We believe in restoration through relationship. We believe housing is sacred. We believe everyone—regardless of their past or their struggles—deserves a future marked by hope and stability.
