Free dental care is provided in remote villages in Madagascar in a state-of-the art mobile dental clinic, reaching thousands withfree care every year. Many patients have severe abscessed teeth that can even be draining on the outside of the cheek. Without treatment people can die due to severe infections. There is only one dentist for 50,000 people in Madagascar so treatment for very poor people in remote villages is next to non-existent.
