To create, raise and administer a fund that will provide financial resources to help meet the health, educational, special welfare, cultural and civic needs of the people of Worcester County, including, but not limited to: assisting charitable and educational institutions; for promoting education, health and safety; for scientific research; for care of the needy, sick, aged, incarcerated, or helpless; for the care of children; for the betterment of living and working conditions; for public safety and law enforcement; for recreation for all citizens of Worcester County; and for other public and/or charitable uses and purposes as will best make for mental, moral and physical improvement, or contribute to the public welfare.
It is the Worcester County Reserve Deputy Association’s commitment to the citizens in the Worcester County area to empower those less fortunate by restoring respect through enhancing self-esteem by providing the necessary means that not only provides warmth during inclement weather, but also gives a person dignity while living their day to day life.
