Fractal Endings is a feature film born out of a deeply personal loss. After the tragic passing of my cousin, his wife, and their two children in a sudden accident, I found myself searching for meaning in grief, memory, and the fragile moment between life and death. This project became a way to process that pain and explore the emotional landscape that follows unexpected tragedy — the questions that remain, the love that lingers, and the need for healing that feels impossible at first.
The film follows Alice, a woman suspended in a surreal afterlife space built from her memories. As she confronts the echoes of her trauma, she is forced to face choices she avoided in life. The narrative blends sci-fi and psychological horror, but at its core it is a human story about how we try to make sense of loss and how grief shapes the people we become.
Currently in pre-production, the project will move through casting, visual planning, production, and post-production over a two-year period. When completed, Fractal Endings will be shared through festivals, community screenings, and public conversations centered around mental health, loss, and emotional resilience, inviting audiences to connect with their own experiences of grief and reflection. Although the film may pursue distribution opportunities in the future, the project’s current purpose is artistic, reflective, and community-focused.
