Heart 'N Hands Mission is a 100% volunteer non-profit non-denominational charity whose purpose is to collect and provide clothing and other necessities to the homeless and working poor of northeastern New Jersey; to raise awareness of the plight of the homeless and working poor in this area and beyond; and to raise funds necessary to carry out this outreach.
Heart ‘n Hands Mission is in its ninth year of service in Wayne. We are a mobile outreach program, serving the needsof the homeless and working poor in northeast New Jersey.
Heart ‘n Hands Mission provides good quality clothing and personal care items to the needy at food pantries and soup kitchens in Paterson, Passaic, Hoboken and other communities.
