PATH's mission is to end homelessness for individuals, families and communities. We do this by building housing and providing supportive services throughout California.
PATH connects with people experiencing homelessness through street outreach and referrals, then provides individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
PATH operates in five regions within California: Santa Clara County, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.
