Beneath the Service

Beneath the Service is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to harnessing the exceptional qualities of military veterans and their families by empowering them to successfully reintegrate into society and become influential leaders in their communities and workplaces.

Our programs helps veterans and their family members through their social reintegration journey by honoring who they were while supporting the definition of who they might be. Through our world-class program, the Women Veterans Leadership Program, and our bespoke identity workshops, Beneath the Service addresses the psychological components of social reintegration. We empower participants by crafting intentional pathway plans that uncover the unique facets of their identity. At Beneath the Service we're building a lasting legacy of leadership and community impact.
