ATLVets is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering military veterans at every stage of their post-service journey. Through the ATLVets Leadership Institute, we deliver a full spectrum of programs — from career acceleration and entrepreneurship to men's cohort development, women veterans support, faith-based resilience programming, and advanced manufacturing workforce training. Our mission is rooted in the belief that the discipline, sacrifice, and leadership veterans demonstrated in uniform are assets that — when properly developed — transform careers, families, and communities.

Our flagship VetOPS program targets mid-management and executive-level veterans, equipping them with the tools, networks, and strategy to compete and lead in the civilian professional landscape. The Senior Leader Track accelerates veteran entrepreneurs toward business ownership and operator-level placement, while programs like Heroic Forge and our Women Veterans Cohort address the identity and purpose gaps that too often follow separation from service. Everything we do is structured, measurable, and built to produce real outcomes — not feel-good programming.

At the center of our work is a commitment to ending the veteran suicide crisis. Twenty-two veterans die by suicide every day — and ATLVets exists as a direct response to that number. By building community, developing purpose-driven leaders, and creating environments where veterans belong and are challenged to grow, we are advancing the line against that statistic.
