The men that play for the Vancouver Volcanoes men's professional basketball league play for free as a stepping stone to other career pathways such as coaching, youth development, or playing abroad. Donations from Above the Rim will provide stipends for the players for games, practices and per diem for food when traveling on the road for the 2025 Regular Season, ending in May.
