CG-52 Bunker Hill Association

Our core mission revolves around fostering a strong camaraderie and connection among those who have served aboard the USS Bunker Hill. One of our key initiatives is guiding members through the transition of separating from the military. We offer mentoring, coaching, and a buddy program to gain VA benefits for those entitled to assistance and assist in ensuring a smooth transition to civilian life. We accomplish this through our extensive network of members who play a pivotal role in assisting with job placement, leveraging their diverse experiences and connections to help our shipmates secure meaningful employment opportunities. We also assist with veterans obtaining their medical benefits with the VA on a more personal and manageable method than the large NSO's.

At The Bunker Hill Association, we understand the significance of maintaining vital connections and serving as a central hub for communication. This approach not only eases the burden on the Navy and the USS Bunker Hill but also streamlines the process for shipmates to access crucial information and resources.

Our commitment extends beyond the virtual realm. We actively engage with our members through various platforms such as Facebook, email communications, and monthly Zoom meetings. These initiatives facilitate ongoing connections and provide a platform for mentorship, coaching, and career guidance.
