LAST PATROL

We help those who've served our country during their lives with support when at the end of their lives. We provide friendships, emergency support for critical end of life needs, assistance to veterans in hospice care and nursing homes, and honor ceremonies to celebrate their lives.

Veteran's Last Patrol connects veteran volunteers to veterans in hospice, nursing homes and palliative care. We cooperate with medical providers of hospice care to connect volunteers to the patients so that their "last patrol" isn’t alone. We seek volunteers around the country to help us with our mission. Many older veterans do not have family or friends during end-of-life care. We bring new friendships when friendship matters most. We recognize veterans with special events and as well as honor ceremonies. You can follow our stories and events on social media.
