It is a known fact that each day 22 Veterans Commit Suicide. So many American hero's come home from war physically, but mentally remain on the battlefield. They are imprisoned by their own thoughts, which causes 22 veterans every single day battling PTSD and then choose to commit suicide, rather than live with the effects of their invisible battle scar.
Service dogs have proven to help mitigate the veterans suffering and helping them get their lives back in order. ASDW promotes the value and benefits of a service dog for our Veterans.
