The Servant Center

The Servant Center was founded in 1991 as an outreach ministry helping homeless individuals get onto disability benefits. We incorporated in 1993 and that Disability Assistance Program is still going strong.

Today, our flagship program is Servant House- a 21-bed transitional housing program for homeless and disabled men, most of whom are veterans. At Servant House our residents can stay for up to two years while we help them set goals for their recovery and manage their medical care. Our goal is for them to be able to leave with a steady source of income and move into permanent housing.

We also operate two supportive housing apartment buildings and a food pantry that serves over 500 individuals and families in need every month.

Our mission is to empower the homeless and disabled, particularly veterans, to become independent, contributing members of our community.
