The Passage Home Workforce Development Training Project is a high-impact employment and housing stability initiative designed to move participants quickly from unemployment or unstable work into gainful employment while strengthening their ability to maintain stable housing. This project integrates work readiness training, financial capability building, mental health support, and housing stabilization education. Participants complete the program with a professional resume, completed job applications, interview preparation, rental readiness skills, and direct employer connections. We are in need of assistance to aid in rental, utilities, food and transportation for individuals who participates in this project.
