Daily Peace of Mind Communications: Reassurance, Advocacy, and Technology That Cares
/ PERSONAL CARE CALLING SERVICESWho We Are
Personal Care Calling Services, Inc., doing business as Daily Peace of Mind Communications, has served people across all 50 states since 2014. We are female founded, female led, and faith based. We are not a church, but we pray with anyone who asks, and we have given Bibles to recipients who want one. For nearly 13 years, our founder has funded this mission largely on her own, from a home office, with one part-time assistant and volunteers. Every service we provide is free to the people we serve.
Why We Do This
Low-income seniors on fixed incomes, veterans, and adults with disabilities are too often left behind. Many live alone, unseen, with no family nearby and no one checking on them each day. A fall or a missed medication can go unnoticed for days. Public programs for older and disabled adults are not funded enough to reach everyone who needs them, and the people who fall through those gaps are the people we exist for.
A Respected and Unique Resource
PCCS is regularly contacted by major Medicare health plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as the Veterans Administration, AARP, hospital social services, and care organizations nationwide. These sectors know and respect our work, and the need they bring to us is growing faster than we can scale. Funding is what closes that gap.
Our Programs
Daily Reassurance Communications: a scheduled daily check-in by call, text, or email, personalized by name, with medication reminders where needed. When someone does not respond, or tells us they are not okay, our system retries and alerts our on-call team, and a PCCS representative personally requests an in-person wellness check if no one else can be reached.
Advocacy with Needs Based Research: we help people navigate advocacy programs, community agencies, and benefits, and we provide provider research assistance. We do the legwork, then walk each person through clear next steps with patience and dignity.
Tangible Needs: we help provide the everyday items that Medicare and Medicaid often do not cover, such as walkers, wheelchairs, shower seats, grab bars and help finding someone to install them, non-slip bath mats, memory care notebooks, and journals for keeping track of important conversations.
The DPOM Care Communications Platform
In October 2026, we launched software we designed and built in house to run our daily communications and escalation. Area agencies on aging, county and municipal departments, hospital systems, elder law firms, and case management offices have two options. First, PCCS can run a reassurance program for them, with an admin reporting panel so they can run their own reports. Second, if an organization prefers to manage the program with its own team, we offer the platform white labeled under their name through an annual contract, and we train their staff in house. Either way, the revenue goes straight back into our free services.
Where We Are Going
We want to move out of the home office and into a shared office, and to become an employer in Central Florida. Our hope is to hire from the communities we serve, including qualified adults with disabilities who are too often overlooked by other employers.
What Your Gift Supports
Your donation pays for the calls, texts, and emails themselves, our phone numbers and software licensing, annual compliance fees, phones, internet, and office space, the people who do this work, and the tangible items that keep someone safe at home.
Recognized and Accountable
In 2026, PCCS was awarded a Twilio.org Digital Innovation Grant, our first institutional funding, and we hold Candid's 2026 Platinum Seal of Transparency.
Providing daily outreach and hope through meaningful communication and advocacy. Our mission is to give the gift of peace of mind.
