The Pipeline Life Foundation

The Pipeline Life Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the people who build and maintain America’s energy infrastructure—and backing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

We help pipeline workers, welders, equipment operators, apprentices, helpers, and other skilled-trades workers build successful careers through workforce development, scholarships, technical education, apprenticeship support, and job-readiness assistance.

Our Send a Hand to the ROW program helps qualifying first-year workers overcome the legitimate startup costs of beginning a skilled-trades career. Assistance may include work boots, personal protective equipment, tools, welding gear, safety equipment, training, transportation, temporary lodging, and other essential employment expenses. The goal is not to provide a handout, but to give good hands a fair opportunity to get started and succeed.

The Foundation also supports scholarships for welding, heavy-equipment operation, trade schools, apprenticeships, technical education, and pipeline-related workforce training. Emergency and hardship assistance may be available to qualifying workers and pipeline families facing serious, unexpected circumstances.

Through corporate giving, employee giving, matching gifts, grants, in-kind product donations, and community partnerships, The Pipeline Life Foundation creates practical pathways into skilled-trades careers while strengthening the workforce for the next generation.
