Deer Creek Reservoir sits an hour from Salt Lake City and draws boaters, anglers, and families all year. Our research documents vehicles, vessels, and other debris under its surface, and the shoreline collects the trash that goes with heavy public use. Fathom Restoration, a Utah 501(c)(3) led by veterans, is preparing its first official volunteer cleanups at Deer Creek for the November 2026 through October 2027 season. Your gift funds the supplies, disposal fees, and event coverage that let volunteers pull trash and hand carried debris off the shoreline and out of the shallows, documented item by item. It also moves us toward the insurance and equipment that make the recovery of the heavy debris underneath possible. Every cleanup is photographed and reported, so you will see where your support went.
