Connect Foundation connects individuals in need, particularly those experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and veterans, to essential resources and direct support that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and improved quality of life.

Connect Foundation is a North Texas–based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing homelessness, food insecurity, and hardship, including veterans. We primarily serve the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex, a region identified as one of the most food-insecure metro areas in the United States. We connect those in need to essential resources while also providing direct assistance such as food, basic necessities, and community-based support. Through outreach, partnerships, and targeted programs, Connect Foundation works to improve stability, restore dignity, and create pathways toward long-term self-sufficiency. Our mission is to meet immediate needs while helping individuals build a more secure and sustainable future.
