Welcome to Southern Relief, a Nonprofit Organization dedicated to serving the communities of south Alabama, with ambitious plans to extend our reach across the Gulf Coast. As a 501(c)(3) entity rooted in Foley, Alabama, our mission is deeply woven into the fabric of compassion and comprehensive support. We offer a multitude of services, including feeding and housing assistance, financial aid, medical and mental health referrals, and thorough casework with consistent follow-up for all eligible clients. Our commitment extends to disaster relief, providing temporary shelter, hot meals, supplies, and long-term assistance to those impacted by calamities, all at no cost to the individuals we serve. Our efforts are aimed at the working poor, low-income families, senior citizens, and veterans, addressing the scarcity of community and social services and providing local solutions during times of disaster. Our approach is grounded in an intimate understanding of our community's culture and needs, ensuring that assistance is both relevant and respectful.
