New Life Furniture Bank

New Life Furniture Bank is a non-profit organization - we are the furniture bank of Cincinnati, and basically, we pick up gently used furniture from people who would like to get rid of their old furniture, inspect and clean it, and deliver the items to homes of families in need. Many of our clients have recently overcome homelessness, have fled from an abusive situation, children aging out of fostercare, veterans, or people who have overcome a difficult circumstance in life. We deliver up to 18 pieces of furniture to each client, because their homes are literally empty and we turn empty houses into homes. We provide beds to many children who are currently sleeping on the floor. It turns out that when we furnish homes, our clients are 85% more likely to stay out of homelessness, so it is definitely the hand up that people need to start their new life!
