Our Foundation
believes that when you meet people where they are on their aging journey, miracles can happen. We support organizations and programs that create opportunities for helping people live the best, rest of their lives.

Programs we offer:
1. Backpack to School Program – this is a program where we fulfill somewhere between 3,000-5,000 school backpacks for children of individuals that work in the long-term care industry. We procure the backpacks and supplies, fill up the backpacks with these supplies, coordinate logistics of then identifying participating facilities (of which many are not our own Marquis facilities but outside of Marquis) and getting the backpacks to each facility.
2. Journey of Heroes Trip done each year – annually we provide a week-long trip to Wash. DC for around 10 individuals that are retired Veterans, with goal of allowing them the opportunity to visit several sites , including those which are military based. Often these individuals are in their 80’s/90’s and they get treated like celebrities from start to finish. Many have never been able to go prior to. It is quite a coordination effort due to the health conditions they have. We have clinical staff present and each person gets to bring a family member/friend. Incredible experience for them.
3. Elevated Wishes Program – we provide desired wishes of residents in long-term care facilities. We have done 100’s of these over the years. Our service includes – initiation of any wish, logistical mgmt. of the wish, carrying out the wish, funding the wish. Such a great program to help a resident live the best rest of their life.
