Founded by retired MARSOC Raiders Prime Hall and Don Tran, our foundation was born from a shared mission to serve those who have served. We are dedicated to supporting the transition, resilience, and long-term well-being of the warfighter community—meeting each individual where they are, and walking with them toward where they’re meant to be.

We recognize the deep and complex challenges faced by our nation’s warriors—mental health struggles, traumatic brain injuries, loss of identity, and isolation in transition. Our programs are designed to bridge these gaps through mentorship, education, community events, and natural healing modalities that support both physical and emotional restoration.

Our impact is measured not in numbers, but in lives changed—by creating a strong, inclusive community that fosters connection, courage, and purpose. Through trusted guidance, access to resources, and a safe space to heal and grow, we help veterans find confidence, clarity, and the next step forward, together.
