Chaplain Otto Ministries is dedicated to assisting veterans. Our mission and vision are to liberate those who have fallen on the battlefield of life.

Chaplain Otto Ministries delivers trauma-informed, faith-based anger management programs to incarcerated veterans across Ohio. Since March 2024, we’ve served 121 participants through in-person classes designed to reduce anger, promote healing, and restore dignity.

Our program is data-driven—89% of participants show measurable emotional improvement. We’ve completed 9 full 12-week class cycles and launched the first American Legion post inside an Ohio prison.

Now, we’re expanding nationally through a digital platform that reaches over 930,000 incarcerated learners. Every donation helps us fund teaching, travel, digital production, and healing for those who’ve served—and now seek a second chance behind bars.
