VISION: Creating a social-enterprising solution for empowering our youth and their families by implementing a global online entity focusing on providing free technological tools, education, and training to underserved students in grades K-12.
ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAMS:
TECHNOLOGY: Provides free computers (laptops/desktops) via donated computers from corporate and individual donors. Provides free 22nd Century Skill Sets to include Science, Technology, Engineer & Math (S.T.E.M.) Education to youth in grades K-12.
GREEN: The On It Foundation is a Member and Recycling Partner with Alliance for Technology Refurbishing & Reuse (AFTRR.org). AFTRR promotes and supports non-profit refurbishers and reuse community that provide low-cost or free technology to those in need.
MICROSOFT SOFTWARE: The On It Foundation is a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher providing certified Microsoft Office Products on all donated computers.
YOUTH WORKFORCE: Youth Employment Program (YEP) partners with for-profit America's Workforce Solution, LLC to create workforce development opportunities for youth and provide on-the-job training and paid Internship programs.
EDUCATION: Free access to 22nd Century Technological Skill Sets, education, tutoring, career exploration, and mentoring at no cost to K-12 youth. Families involved in student/parent programs are at no cost.
HOUSING: Provides free computers/resident services to multi-housing units. We have launched our PSA for promoting our Resident Services Program to Multi-Housing Units with computers, discounted Internet service, Digital Learning, Career/Job Readiness Programs, and virtual STEAM Events directly to the residents for home ownership.
