Our largest home build to-date, Twin Creeks Village will be a 24 family neighborhood comprised of six fourplexes. Starting in early 2021 we will build one fourplex at a time, allowing us to place four low-income families a year into affordable housing. The overall project cost is estimated to be $3.3 million. Our goal is the raise $1 million of that through individual and corporate donations, including through employee giving programs.
