National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation

The mission of the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation is to build and operate the National Medal of Honor Museum with its attendant leadership institute commemorate the stories of our Medal of Honor recipients, unite Americans around what it means to be patriotic, and inspire us to find the hero within ourselves.

OUR VISION IS TO SHOWCASE ACTS OF VALOR; SHARE REAL-LIFE EXAMPLES OF PATRIOTISM, LEADERSHIP AND COURAGE; AND INSPIRE CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS. To make this vision a reality, the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, a nonprofit educational institution, has been tasked to design and build the National Medal of Honor Museum and National Medal of Honor Monument. The
Foundation is building a world-class team to undertake this vital project that will ensure the nation-defining legacies of the Medal of Honor and its recipients have a proud home on our nation’s landscape.
