Veterans Ride for Free, is dedicated to providing essential transportation services to Connecticut and Rhode Island veterans, veterans wives, gold star mothers, ensuring they get the support and care they deserve. However, we've encountered a significant challenge: our vehicle insurance costs have skyrocketed, increasing by 100% over the last two years. Our most recent insurance bill now stands at $25,000 for a single year.
This substantial expense threatens our ability to continue offering free rides to veterans who rely on our services. We are reaching out to our community for support to cover these rising costs, so we can keep our wheels turning and serve those who have given so much for our country.
