Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in June 2015 by Brian and Brandy Schimmel, a local family-owned and operated business. Brian and Brandy have worked tirelessly to build a company known for its superior service, honesty, reliability, and professionalism in the field. “We take the time to listen to our clients’ needs and wants regarding their comfort systems; our goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with our clients that is built on trust and industry expertise,” said Brian.
For the Schimmels, building relationships goes beyond the day-to-day business. At Keller Services, they continually seek additional opportunities to pay it forward within their communities. For years, Brian and Brandy have given their time and money to local non-profits; they were looking for a way to do more.
Before joining the family business full-time in 2018, Brandy served in the non-profit sector for ten years as Development Manager at the Community Enrichment Center, Director of Development at Junior Achievement Fort Worth, and Executive Director of North Texas, Special Needs Assistance (SNAP).
After much consideration and prayer, Brian and Brandy took a leap of faith; combining God’s financial blessings and a fundraising and event planning background, they established Keller Services Charities. The charity’s purpose is to hold fundraising and awareness events that raise money, with 100% of net proceeds going directly to those in need.
Mrs. Schimmel said, “To us, Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning has always meant to be more than just a business. Brian and I want to be involved in our community. As a part of our commitment to pay it forward, we founded Keller Services Charities, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, supporting local non-profits in need, individuals with special needs, single parents, senior citizens, and veterans.”
Brian and Brandy are excited to share the gifts God has given them, personally and professionally, with others through Keller Services Charities.
