Post-Service is a difficult transition. One of the deficiencies during separation that we find difficult is the loss of camaraderie and relationships. POLR is dedicated to bring service members together to help facilitate programing that will bring the community together.
Created From Necessity
POLR was founded on the concept of community. A tight knit group of Army Infantrymen recollected the loss of their brothers to suicide and the answer seemed simple. We have to correct this because we can't lose any more. This was the foundation of POLR and the resulting retreat program.
