CAPTAIN CONNOR J BEDNARZYK USA MEMORIAL FUND

The Corporation is a nonprofit charitable organization that strengthens community through its engagement in community education and fundraising with a focus to encourage and assist those, but not limited to, who will serve, are serving, or have served our Country by enlisting in the Armed Forces of the United States and to motivate and instill leadership qualities in those same individuals in the memory of Connor J. Bednarzyk. The purposes of the Corporation may include the implementation of programs, projects and strategies to provide high school scholarships, grants to other nonprofit corporations that help veterans with PTSD and offer support to those participating in Ranger Training Phases. The Corporation shall conform to all rules and requirements of a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and to the nonprofit requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Corporation shall ensure that its earnings do not inure to the benefit of any private individual and shall refrain from participating in political campaigns or partisan politics.
