ARMOR UP WEST VIRGINIA INC

Armor Up WV connects first responders/military personnel with adequate inpatient services for trauma. When first responder/military personnel need to go inpatient to a highly specialized facility for trauma and/or suicidal ideation, Armor Up WV also helps with transportation costs when needed. Armor Up WV also connects first responders with therapists qualified to handle their high levels of trauma.
Armor Up WV works hard to educate the public on the suicide rates of first responders. More first responders die by suicide than line of duty deaths each year. We work to reduce stigma. We also help to walk departments through the process of getting their employees healthy.
Armor Up WV hosts events throughout WV to help raise awareness to the suicide epidemic plaguing first responders.
