Zero8Hundred delivers individualized support to service members, spouses, and their families before during and after transition to thrive in their post military life.
This free individualized support is available to service members 12 month prior to military separation and up to one year post military separation. The Zero8Hundred team are trained Peer Navigators with lived military experience who are committed to working alongside transitioning service members to help them design and execute the post military journey they want.
