SADDLES IN SERVICES

Our Mission is to combat the suicide rates of Veterans, Active Duty Military, and First Responders and to promote mental health, wellness and healing to these Heroes through equine-assisted learning and activities. Veterans, Active Duty Military, and First Responders that have been diagnosed with or are experiencing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), anxiety, depression, job-related stress, and/or traumatic brain injuries are partnered with a horse through their healing journey. In turn, we help them to rediscover their joy, hope, confidence, and purpose.

Veteran founded 501 c3 devoted to helping lower the number of suicides among our military, veterans and first responders. In addition we adopt rescued horses, rehabilitate and give them a new purpose. We offer equine assisted growth and learning to our participants free of charge. There is no cost to attend our program. Our program is individually tailored to each participant’s needs, physical abilities and goals. Our program is also ongoing in order to receive the most benefit and healing. We will be opening a site in Texas and Wyoming this year. Our Wyoming program will be a week long intensive horsemanship/cattle program.
