The mission of Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics is to provide high quality, comprehensive, affordable healthcare to all people, regardless of their ability to pay, in an environment that fosters respect, compassion and dignity.

Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics (SBNC) is a 501(c)3, non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable, medical and dental care to those in need in Santa Barbara County, regardless of one's ability to pay.

For over forty years, Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics has been providing health care to those in our community who need it the most. Our highly qualified clinicians provide more than 70,000 patient visits each year to adults and children, veterans and homeless – the underinsured and uninsured. We see more than 21,500 unduplicated, low income patients, 34% of whom are children. We adhere to our mission; and the community benefits from that in countless ways.
