Transporting Homeless, Low Income and Disabled Veterans living in Chandler and other East Valley locations to and from the VA Gilbert Clinic, 32nd Street VA Clinic, VA Phoenix Hospital for non-emergency medical and therapy appointments. Additional transportation to Veteran service organizations (DAV - Disabled American Veterans, VA Vet Centers and other service agency locations) in the East Valley. Our expanded food program provides for delivery of food boxes to homebound Veterans and Senior Citizens. Due to repairs and fuel costs additional funds are needed to operate this program at 100% through the end of 2025. As with our food program, the fuel, maintenance and other program budget items were exceeded by 45% in 2024.
