UnitedHealth Group – United for Each Other

efter America's Charities

UnitedHealth Group established United for Each Other, an employee assistance fund (“Fund”), as a program to assist employees with unexpected financial hardships that place undue stress on an employee and their family. UnitedHealth Group’s United for Each Other provides approved applicants with funds to help employees recover more quickly from unexpected financial hardship resulting from the impact of natural and other disasters and other qualifying catastrophic events.

The program is funded by charitable contributions from employees across the company, the 1:1 United Health Foundation match, and donations from the company. Everyone’s donation helps and, when combined with the donations from others, can provide important support to a colleague in need.

UnitedHealth Group has contracted with America’s Charities, a nonprofit 501c3 organization based in Virginia, to administer and manage its Fund.
