OUR COMMUNITY SALUTES CHICAGOLAND

Our Community Salutes Chicagoland is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities recognize, honor, and support high school seniors who have chosen to enlist in all branches of the U.S. Armed Services after graduation.

Since 2009, OCS has proudly hosted recognition ceremonies across the country from New York to California celebrating these young people and their families. In 2025, OCS Chicagoland hosted its inaugural recognition ceremony at Cantigny Park, which is owned by the McCormick Foundation.

We are thrilled to continue to bring this meaningful event to our community and would be honored to have you help make this experience truly meaningful for the enlistees and their families.

Your donation will support the event for the enlistees and their families, i.e. food/beverages, transportation for inner-city youth traveling to the western suburbs, event logistics, program materials, and on-site production support.
