GEORGIA AQUARIUM FOUNDATION INC

Georgia Aquarium is a nonprofit committed to inspiring awareness and preservation of our ocean and aquatic animals worldwide.

As a 501(c)3 organization, Georgia Aquarium Foundation raises funds towards the Aquarium’s mission and goals of research, conservation, education and other programmatic goals.

Through the Foundation’s fundraising efforts, Georgia Aquarium has been able to conduct worldwide research projects and provide recreational therapy for wounded veterans. The Sponsored Education Admissions (SEA) program has provided Aquarium admission to individuals and groups in the education system in need of financial assistance. To date, more than 245,000 students from Title I schools and non-profits in Georgia were sponsored to visit Georgia Aquarium free of charge.
