Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency, Inc.

Community Action Agency (CAA) works primarily in Marion and Polk Counties with partner agencies, local leaders, government officials, and other organizations to identify community needs, gather resources, and direct those resources where they will have the greatest impact.

Community Action's mission is to empower people to change their lives and exit poverty by providing vital services and community leadership. Our services include: Community Resource Program/ARCHES Project (housing), Child Care Resource & Referral, Energy Assistance, Weatherization Services, Nutrition First, Head Start/Early Head Start and HOME Youth & Resource Center. In addition, CAA co-organizes the yearly point-in-time homeless count, Marion County Community Homeless Connect, Veterans Stand Down and emergency warming centers.
