AgeSong Marin discussion groups provide conversation and connection for seniors who wish to explore life’s “third act.” Each group of six to eight participants (plus two facilitators) meets during the day for 90 minutes once weekly for 8 weeks. Groups meet throughout Marin County at various sites including: Mill Valley Community Center, San Rafael Community Center, Elks Club in San Rafael, Bel Marin Keys, The Meadows of Terra Linda, The Redwoods in Mill Valley, and Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Marin in Terra Linda.
Throughout time, humans have been storytellers. It’s those stories that help us maintain the memory of who we were and who we are now. Sharing stories and memories makes sense of our lives and helps us see patterns which integrate our life experiences.
